Crash

We apply mathematical methods to design and produce products with the focus on analysis and design optimisation based on the material properties and strength parameters
ANSA software is used to generate FEM network and construction of calculation model
Model created in this way serves as the basis for calculations of linear and non-linear statics, natural vibration, thermal analysis, fast dynamic processes - crash tests
Results provided by FEM programmes MSC.NASTRAN and PAM-CRASH are evaluated by post-processors and worked into presentations with graphical outputs including animations. These findings are used for optimisation of the structure focusing on various areas
We use the following software ANSA/Meta, MSC/NASTRAN, PAM-CRASH, GNS/Animator

TESTING / TRIALS

We perform analysis and provide descriptions of typical properties of electrical components used in vehicle
We also participate in element function optimisation process
Results are displayed as graphical presentations including animations
These materials are used to optimise the processed structures

Aerodynamics

Using CFD calculation simulations we analyse external and internal characteristics of aerodynamic flow for the given vehicle
Simulations of external airflow focus on the air flowing through the engine compartment. As for the internal flow we carry out development and design optimisation of dashboard blowers and air-condition air vents to ensure proper thawing, heating and air conditioning
ANSA software is used to generate CFD mesh and for model building
Result from CFD solvers Star and openFOAM are evaluated by post-processors and worked into presentations with graphical outputs including animations. These materials are used to improve vehicle aerodynamics and lower the production of CO2
